I can rest assure you they do not use microwaves they have flat top grillers and deep friers, they might have a microwave in the back but I can promise you it's not for actually cooking with. The look and taste of the food would be very noticeable, especially with the large number of people they serve Durning the lunch hours. If you still question or doubt it personally I know that anytime I have had a question they have always been happy to answer them.
